On May 15th 2010,the Iroquois Quad Club is proud to announce, in collaboration with the Ministère des Ressources Naturelles et de la Faune (MRNF) / Ministry of Natural Ressources and Wildlife, the participation of quad riders in environment protection. In Labelle, Quebec, in the High Laurentians, ATVers will plant trees during this event called “Zero Carbon Trail Ride”. You know how much you appreciate nature trail rides in the woods and all the fresh air available. Respect for the environment is thus important to you and your contribution will surely be appreciated.
Trees planted will eliminate polluting emissions in one year, whatever the quad traffic. The Iroquois Quad Club, with 1301 members and 125 volunteers, will supply the trees that you will plant.
Departure will occur at 10:00 from the Labelle Cross Country Ski Club. Please do not use the parking at the Cross Country Ski Club for your cars and trailers. Parking space is provided at the Labelle Train Station. Please remember to bring your lunch, as well as your digging equipment.
All our thanks to the people from the Iroquois Quad Club for their respectful initiative for the environment.
